DELIVERY
Please note that sticker covers are made to order at our HQ in the UK. Orders will be manufactured, quality checked, packed and dispatched within 1-3 working days.
(If your order isn't large, we usually dispatch same day)

For all UK orders:
We dispatch your orders with Royal Mail 2nd Class (Tracked & Signed). Estimate time for delivery once your order has been dispatched is 2-4 business days. If it happens you haven't received your order, you can contact us and we will chase up your order and fix the issue. All orders showing "Delivered" on Royal Mail Track & Trace website will not be refunded or replaced. If there's an issue with your order and we can see it isn't delivered yet, we will send you another one out on the house while we try and fix the issue.

For all international orders:
The Estimate delivery time 5-18 business days. We recommend you choosing tracked service at checkout to ensure smooth delivery. If the delivery method you have chosen is not tracked and your order is missing, we will not offer a refund or replacement for your order.
Delivery couriers outside of the UK do not share information of the order whereabouts with us unless the order is Tracked. It is still possible to choose standard delivery for your purchased orders but under your own risk as we wont refund orders that are not tracked.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If your order arrives and it is damaged or faulty in any way, we will be happy to send out a free replacement. If we have accidentally sent out the wrong item then we will send out a free replacement and there is no need to send back the initial item you received.

Please make sure you type the correct address details in the correct box and type the postcode with the correct spacing in the middle as we do not refund orders sent to wrong addresses.

Unfortunately, as our products are made to order, if your sticker is not faulty or incorrect in any way, we cannot provide a refund or exchange.
