Wrong Address - If you happen to put down the wrong address on our system and you had already made the purchase, you must contact us right away. If you contacted us and your product has still not been dispatched, we will place the correct address provided by the buyer and fix the issue. If you contacted us and we had already sent out the product. We will not refund or exchange.
Please note: Customers responsibilty to put down the correct address. Customer must place address information in the correct box. Post Code must be put down with the correct space in-between.
Wrong items - No Stress! We will send out a free replacement and there is no need to send back the initial item that arrived. Just head to the "Contact us" page and submit your message.
